missingWrote a review on 21 Decfriendly staffslow air conditioninglimited dining options
The friendly staff went out of their way to assist.
I found the air conditioning initially slow to cool my room. I also experienced some delays with breakfast service as it was made to order, made mornings a little rushed. I felt that the hotel amenities, while charming, could benefit from greater variety, especially in the dining options available at the pool area.

Liked our good quality rooms.
Wonderful location close to centre, well-mannered staff, everything was perfect. Units with the nice decor. Location: the hotel was really close to the best restaurants in town, the night market and the pub street and local transport such as tuk tuk and the old market and pub street. Spent a nice evening at Angkora Restaurant, located not too far from the venue.

Everything is clean and wonderful. The hotel offers huge, fashionable rooms with an enormous bathtub, large window, for example. No complaints and would return anytime.
Was all great!

I liked convenient placing of a private safe, a mini bar, and a sofa bed in the double room. A bidet in the separate bathroom was a plus. This location was absolutely perfect, next to the best restaurants as well as local transport such as tuk tuk...

The staff were attentive, especially during our tours of the ancient temples.
While the hotel is charming, the sun loungers around the pool could benefit from some direct sunlight, as they primarily stay in the shade.

The staff were super attentive, especially Randy. The pool area was a perfect retreat from the heat. Just a bit far from the main street, but totally worth it 🌴

The hotel had a lovely welcome with refreshing tea and cold towels after a hot day out. They upgraded us to a suite when our air conditioning wasn’t working right. I enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and the full body massage at the spa, both perfect for relaxing after exploring. Just a small thing, but having more water options in the room would have been nice. 😊

The room offered an unexpectedly spacious layout, meticulously clean and with effective air conditioning. Enjoyment peaked by the pool, where the inviting temperature and ample lounging areas made for a perfect relaxation spot. The staff excelled in hospitality, going above and beyond by providing a generous to-go breakfast for our early morning tour. While the location is conveniently near local attractions, the distance to major sights was slightly greater than anticipated, and the poolside menu could expand its choices beyond the generously portioned spare ribs.
